6 gîtes for 6/7 people. In each housing:
Ground floor : Well fitted kitchen/lounge (hob, oven, fridge, microwave oven, electric coffee-maker), a sofa bed, a shower room, toilets, an open terrace with garden furniture & barbecue, 1 bedroom with 1 bed for two (140 cm);

Upstairs: a bedroom with 1 bed for 2 (140cm) + a bedroom-mezzanine with 2 beds (90cm each).

All the gîtes are equipped with kitchen furniture, blankets, heating.

A swimming-pool with padding pool is reserved to this part.

Second part:
10 gîtes in canvas (25m² each):
A lounge/kitchen + electric coffee maker + fridge, a bedroom with 2 beds (1 person), a bedroom with 3 beds (one is superimposed), a shower room with toilets, a shelter terrace with garden furniture & barbecue
1 traditional gîte 4/6 people on 2 levels especially equipped for persons with motor disability.
1 common building: playroom/meeting room + health sanitary
1 restaurant very near the precedent building with a covered playground & health sanitary for the swimming pool. Upstairs, on-site accommodation with kitchen, bedroom, living room with fire place, shower room.

In the park:
Swimming pool with padding pool, Jacuzzi, playground for children, volley ground, Half Court ground, area for playing boules, launderette, a car park, a base for canoes rented to a service provider.

The particularity of this village is: it has an opening right all the year long, it is on the verge of the Dordogne river on 300m, it is making money, it is in a heavenly area.
